Get enough sleep

If you are taking substances that will help you stay awake, you need to stop it. You need to prioritize your sleep time because of the effects it has on the state of your health. Do you know that anytime you fall asleep unintentionally, it implies you are not getting enough sleep?

It is important to get a minimum of seven to eight hours of sleep every night. And you should stick to a routine: fall asleep and wake up the same time every night.

Eat a healthy diet
